Let them eat CAKE

I've always been fascinated by fabulously decorated cakes and cupcakes.

As a little girl, I used to collect magazine cut-outs of birthday cakes for fun, and chosing a concept, flavour and design for my wedding cake was like all my Christmases coming at once!

In 2012, I decided it really was time to figure out if this was something I would actually enjoy doing. Well, 6 years, a couple of short courses and a lot of trial and error later, I've discovered that I'm passionate about cake decorating. It's messy, creative, challenging, theraputic, sometimes craze-enducing...but most of all, it makes people smile - what's not to love?

I'm not a professional baker, but rather a cake hobbyist and home baker that pours my heart and soul into each and every project I undertake. I hope you enjoy having a look through some of the cakes and cupcakes I've had the pleasure of baking and decorating.
